We have had Lawrence before and as usual you can set your watch by his timekeeping if he says he will be there within a certain time slot he will be there. Reached out to Lawrence when had issues within the bathroom which resulted in few problems needing fixing. Straight away he showed what a decent man he was by asking me to speak to my housing association first (shared ownership) to see if they could fix it rather than trying to get money of us. He ended up doing a full refurbishment on the bathroom and has done a excellent job. Stayed within reason of our budget and was efficient. Any small touch ups that we've needed doing after completion hes been straight out next day. Extremely happy thank you!
