Lewis was polite, professional and friendly. The price was very competitive and the standard first class. Lewis explained every aspect of the system in a way that was easy to understand. Would have no hesitation in recommending Lewis and his work.

Apart from not responding or replying to my text message over the weekend when our alert alarm was going off every hour night and day, but then neither did two other Checkatrade security firms, Lewis did an excellent job. He knows his stuff and is a very pleasant and efficient worker. He charged exactly what he had quoted and left the alarm system working well after checking it. He would have received four 10 scores, if he had replied to my text over the weekend, because he did a very good job and I would certainly recommend him.
