  Luke Spencer arrived when he said he would to give me a quote. He fully explained what he would do. He arrived when he said he would, at all times he kept in touch if for any reason he was delayed. Unfortunately, the weather hampered the work! But, Luke was here on the rearranged date to complete the work. Luke is very professional, explains everything, leaves the site clean and tidy. Very helpful and gives good advice. I would not hesitate to recommend him. A very personable man.

  Luke Spencer was very professional. He arrived at appointment time to give a quote, which was very fair. He kept me updated all the time re dates for the work, which was hampered by weather. But, he has been able to complete the job, in a very short time. At each visit, he left the work in a very tidy manner, above and beyond what the job entailed. I am extremely pleased with the result. He even returned to spray the wall with a water sealant, and other bricks too. I would recommend him without hesitation. A very personable young man.

  Luke Spencer was very professional, he kept me updated on appointments all the way through. Weather hampered the job, but Luke completed it to a very high standard. He gave me a very accurate estimate. He left everything clean and tidy after each visit. He returned and sprayed the wall with sealant to protect the bricks. Nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Very satisfied customer.

  After contacting Luke for a quote, he called me back straight away.When he came to look at the job, he explained fully what the job involved and how he would go about the job and I found his attitude very professional.I found that Luke's work is of a very high standard and clean and tidy. I am very pleased with the job that Luke did for me,and I would definitely recommend him and I would certainly use Luke again in the future.

  Remove old fireplace and install studwork/plasterboard/plaster for an electric inset fire.

  Luke has carried out a very professional job at our property. He removed the old fireplace and wooden surround with a minimum of fuss, installed studwork and plasterboard and then the whole wall was skimmed for a complete finish. Skirting board was added, to match the existing and the inset fire installed. Luke explains the job fully, his work is of a high standard and he is clean and tidy. We are really pleased with the finished installation and it has transformed the look of the dining room. We would definitely recommend Luke to anyone thinking of having any building work carried out.
