Welcome to LPS BuildScape Leicester. Formally LPS Property Maintenance. We started out as a property maintenance company doing odd jobs for customers, guttering repairs, fencing, painting and general small repairs. Customers started asking us if we could manage larger jobs and we said yes!! We have since grown in to a full house renovation company who offer every aspect of your renovation. Kitchens, bathrooms, full re decoration, flooring, landscaping, driveways and much more! We specialise in end of tenancy renovations, buy to lets and buy to sell, as well as working with investment consortiums. Full project management means you only have to deal with one point of contact instead of numerous contractors. We offer free no obligation quotations on all work.
