I've been fortunate enough to use Liam's services now for over 5 years now, and I can confidently say he is a true master of his craft. He has done everything from fixing subfloors to renovating kitchens and bathrooms. Whilst he his skills are exceptional, what really sets him apart is how professional he is and how much he cares. He communicates brilliantly, always letting us know expected arrival times, any potential problems, etc. We use a young family and he is always so courteous of potential noise when the little ones are napping. I honestly cannot recommend Liam enough.

L&P property services have completed several jobs at our house, and all the work was done to a a very high standard. This included completing the replacement of a ceiling at short notice. Liam also gives great advice that you can trust, about how to handle and approach DIY jobs at home that you can take on yourself. Both Liam and the people working with him are always on time, and are very easy to deal with. Work at our house was also completed in line with the prices quoted.

Liam has been brilliant: very proactive, diligent and engaging. He kept me informed throughout - before and during the work - and I felt like I could always discuss options with him. He listens to the customer to ensure he delivers an excellent service. The work included painting and procuring made-to-order kitchen cabinet doors, which he installed with great attention to detail. I will definitely work with LP Property Services and Liam again.

Liam was very friendly and communicative, and did a great job with the mastic sealant. Would recommend.

We hired Liam and Steve to redecorate the hall, stairs and landing (as well as a couple of little extras we found whilst they were here). They were thorough and did a brilliant job, even advising that it would be better to use a different paint on the woodwork as what we had chosen would yellow over time. They turned up on time each day and tidied up after themselves so you wouldn't have know they'd been. They were recommended to us and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone else. Looking forward to hiring them for jobs in the future.

Liam has come to our home several times now and every time he has done a fantastic job. Most recently Liam replaced our old rotten patio decking, which is now safe to walk on, has given us more space through his ideas/vision, and it looks awesome. He is incredibly efficient, reliable, and he takes great pride in his work. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done to the highest standard. His communication is great - collaborative, clear, responsive, and he always keeps us informed throughout the job. We highly recommend Liam!
