I had an unknown leak in my bathroom around the toilet pan . I contacted Luke who was able to attend the very next day at 9am . He was friendly and approachable and fixed the problem quickly ad also fixed a second fault in the cistern in connected with the original issue. I would recommend Luke to anyone and have given his details to our flat block management committee for contact as required.
