  Efficiency.

  I'm very impressed with Paul's efficiency, courtesy, helpfulness & generosity from the 1st contact til he completed the job. Within 3 mins of sending job request, he called. Giving his kindness of not charging weekend rate and offering competitive market rate, we went ahead with him. He came on time as expected and done cleaning within 2 hours. We are very happy with his service and would recommend.

  Great job by Paul on our carpet in the lounge, stairs and on our chairs and sofa which had seen a lot of wear and tear from kids and pets! Many thanks and would certainly recommend.

  Great job

  Fantastic job of stairs, landing and three bedrooms in a home with 2 dogs and 2 boys. The target was ‘hygienic’ and Paul smashed it doing a great job and getting out even the most stubborn stains. Thank you

  Polite, careful and thorough upholstery cleaning

  From start to finish Paul was efficient, polite, friendly and thorough. He responded quickly, came when he said he would, was careful in how he went about the house and incredibly painstaking to get a great result from my very dirty sofas. The charge was very reasonable for the hours of work given. Very pleased with the massive improvement!

  Oil stains on carpet

  I contacted Paul of LPL this afternoon about an oil stain I'd somehow created this morning whilst assembling a new piece of furniture. He came over within 30 minutes (with his young helper, Luke). They quickly assessed the situation & offered to deal with it immediately. The price was extremely reasonable and I was more than happy for them to go ahead. The end result is excellent; Paul and Luke are very easy to get along with and I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone. I shall certainly use LPL again when the need arises.
