  No show. Unprofessional.

  Gas boiler died so no hot water or heating. Contacted this company who said they would be with us at 3pm the following day. Took the afternoon off work to be at home. Had to chase them at 4.30 to find if they were coming. Was told they were. Never showed. No messages or follow up. Just unprofessional.

  Boiler service and heating fault finding

  We had just moved into a new house - Louise was personable, explained everything, and went the extra mile to reprogram the automatic heating / thermostat so we are now toasty. Service was done efficiently and tidily. Boiler is safe and working now as efficiently as possible. 100% recommend.

  Combi boiler expansion vessel replacement

  LP was the first to contact me. He advised that when the pressure gauge stays in the red, the expansion vessel has to be replaced. He quoted me the costs of the replacement the next day, got the vessel and completed the job the following day in just over an hour. It took less than 48 hours from first contact to completion. He was punctual, polite and professionaI. I highly recommend LP Heating & Plumbing Ltd.

  Everything was straightforward from start to finish. After calling from Checkatrade, LP got a booking in quick to come look at a faulty boiler. Arrived on time, cracked on with the work both with due diligence and in a way that allowed us to continue our work. Once the determination that the boiler had had it was made, he explained with clarity and gave alternative recommendations. This reassured us of his clear expertise. Booked a replacement boiler appointment on the same day, and LP sorted the parts quickly and came in on a Saturday to fit. Spot on and highly recommend.
