Several, looks after our buildings needs

Louis is trustworthy and reliable. Always happy to accommodate no matter what. Always does a great job and if need be happy to make amendments and any further adjustments. Have been using for over a year and overall maintenance in our building, no one else I would rather use. Also always competitive with pricing, negotiable and honest.

This was an awkward project involving investigation, tracing, repair, reinstatement and making good works. Louis and Kevin at LP Building Services were very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The workscope was clearly agreed and delivered as quoted. I was kept informed on progress throughout. Louis understood my concerns and the impact of the building work on my elderly parents and did their best to complete as soon as possible. Minor snags following completion were also rapidly resolved. I would recommend LP Building Services as a trustworthy and reliable company.

Warehouse Floor - Prepare Surface, apply primer and paint floor.

The builder provided a quote for the work, once the work was completed it was not up to the standard expected, paint work coming off the ground, paint spots across the floor, previous paint was still underneath and cracks in the floor were not levelled. Only after the work was done unsatisfactorily did the tradesman begin to argue that he was incapable of doing the job as required and argued that he was not skilled enough. If that was the case he should not have quoted for the work and said that he could undertake the task. The builder then repeatedly lied and refused to payback money paid.

New Radiators fitted

3 radiators fitted at a reasonable price. Additional work was required to replaster the walls as relocated from old position Louis kept timeliness and did extra jobs to do other plumbing jobs. Pleased with the outcome.
