  Conservatory removal & new doors

  Grant, Josh & Jen were absolutely amazing from start to finish! I cannot fault anything with their service, a truly incredible family business who really care for their customers. We’ve just had our conservatory removed & new back doors fitted by Grant & Josh. Grant helped me choose the best doors that would compliment the house & his judgement was spot on because the finish is perfect! The attention to detail in their work was fantastic & they were so tidy. I’m so grateful for all their help & hard work! Would 100% recommend & will be using them again! Thank you!

  Excellent customer service

  Grant and Josh did an excellent job in installing new windows and front door. They were polite throughout, tidy and always explained what they were going to be doing. They were also very considerate working around our homeworking. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  I have just had Grant and Josh fit a new picture window . The whole experience has been amazing. Communication from Jenny was excellent. The time line from quote to installation was achieved . I am delighted with the high standard of service and craftsmanship. Would be very happy to recommend and will certainly use Loyalty Windows Ltd again.

  We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Grant at Loyalty Windows! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and the area was left spotless – everything was clean and tidy once the job was done. One of our main concerns was that our window shutters might need to be removed or damaged during the process, but Grant’s skill and attention to detail meant the new window was fitted perfectly without touching the shutters at all. We couldn’t be happier with the result – the window looks fantastic, and the whole process
