I called Lowther's Lofts to ask for help with a kitchen project as I'd been recommended this company. Glenn was brilliant. He was easy to book an appointment with and I found him extremely helpful. He turned up on time and fully equipped to carry out the work. I am very pleased with the work he carried out and would certainly use him again.

We had a garden home office built by Lowthers Lofts and couldn’t be happier with the result. The build quality is exceptional, every detail was finished to a high standard. Glenn and Rich were incredibly reliable and professional throughout. They kept us fully informed at every stage, clearly communicating timelines and progress. It was refreshing to work with a company that delivered exactly what they promised. They were punctual, tidy, and respectful of our space, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We now have a fantastic new workspace that’s already made a huge difference!

A fantastic and professional job completed efficiently and to a high standard. Excellent communication from the quote to the completion of the job whilst work was being undertaken Richie was clean and tidy and ensured minimum disruption. Would highly recommend to friends and family have already booked them in for our next job .

From initial contact to completion of the job, Glenn and his team were polite, professional and extremely thorough. Everything was fully explained to us and set out in the contract. They always arrived fully prepared for the days tasks and worked very hard. Would certainly use them again and would 100% recommend.

I placed my job on Check-a-trade, Lowther responded, told me his availability and I confirmed today (10th April) at 10am was acceptable for quotation. I received no contact from Lowther to confirm he had received my confirmation and address. 10am arrived and went, 10:30am arrived and went. Lowther has proved himself to be unreliable, and also showed a lack of ability to communicate.

Dealing with Glenn and his company was a pleasure from start to finish. Once we gave him the go-ahead, he completed the work to a fantastic standard and with the urgency that it required. I have since involved Lowther Lofts in another project and they continue to impress. I would highly recommend Glenn and his team to anyone, and I do not say this lightly.
