Great, lock working perfectly now. Helpful and friendly. Gave useful advice for future reference. Checked and advised on our other external door locks at no extra charge, including replacing a wood screw with one of the correct type - a machine screw - on one of them, and gave further advice on another lock that may need replacing in the future, but is okay for the moment (as we have the knack for locking/unlocking it, so it's useable for now.) Very impressed, thanks.
