Really great service from start to finish. We've had a large section of trellis and planter installed in our garden and are very pleased with the outcome. Our experience was very straightforward from the start. Billy came out to quote and once we had accepted, kept us informed on how long it would be for the work to start. Communication was really good throughout. The team turned up when they said they would and the job was finished within a couple of days to a good standard. Thank you Billy and James!

Billy and James did a great job on replacing an old raised decking platform and staircase to garden level. They went above and beyond with the design and implementation to ensure safety and durability as the platform is one storey up from ground level. A pleasure to deal with and an excellent end result.

Billy and James did a great job replacing my decking and fencing and also installing a soak away. Quotes were very reasonable and the work was carried out conscientiously. It was a pleasure to have them working on my garden. They kept me informed of what they were doing and checked I was happy with each stage. No payment was required until the Job was complete and I was satisfied. Would recommend them and will probably be using their services again.

Billy came round and gave me a quote which I accepted, we arranged a date and he completed the work to an excellent standard, the fences are now bomb proof. I would recommend Billy to anyone his quality of work and his communication before and after the work was very good, he kept me informed of progress even when I was out of the country, I have now asked him for a quote to renew my decking. It’s nice to have someone who actually looks after his customers.

This was a big, high profile job in a very visible place. Billy and his team were excellent. The quote was very competitive and was exactly what was billed at the end. They arrived to do the job earlier than agreed (having checked that was ok first). They stuck to the job till it was done and completed it to a high standard. We've already had admiring comments on the quality. Billy guarantees his work for ten years. You can see he stands by that because he uses quality materials and careful workmanship. Built to last. The lads were good as gold. A great job. We couldn't be more pleased.

This is the first time I have used Checkatrade and a company called Low cost garden & property maintenance contacted me through the Checkatrade app. Billy contacted me and arranged to come over and give me a quote which was very reasonable. Billy came back with James as he said he would and removed the old fence and took it all away. They supplied all the materials without asking for any money upfront. Very pleased with the end result, lovely new fence erected and everything completed to my full satisfaction. Great job done.
