Started mid Oct’25 some delays as I expected meant a long time mostly living in the front room of the house whilst building onto the back of the house. Many useful improvements very appreciated. The extra space and design is homely more practical Builder and his workers were flexible and helpful tidying up at end of day, Thanks. Minimising disruption to neighbours and adapting wall and roof design to suit neighbour. Builder had several sites working at once so a phone call worked best most of the time and Nick’s calm confidence and experience helped on site when there were difficult problems.

Just have loving homes complete a double & single storey extension as well as a orangey and two en-suites. They were absolutely brilliant. From beginning too end. Nick and his team were professional, understanding, took great pride in their work and gave some fantastic ideas as well as listening to our suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. The cost of build was exactly as quoted. Somebody was on site every day. And the build also came in within time scale as stated at the beginning.

Our beautiful new extension has given us the extra space we wanted. We are grateful to Nicolas for the quality of his workmanship and his attention to detail including improving the adjacent outside area. Minor changes we requested were made and the work was explained to us throughout. The entire team was courteous, helpful and professional. Everything was kept tidy despite the necessary heavy equipment in our garden which is looking pretty again. The job was completed on time for the agreed contract price. We would recommend Loving Homes if you want a reliable quality builder.

Great experience with Nick, Buddy, Juan and the Loving Homes team. We've just come to the end of a large extension project , which included a 4m rear, 2 storey side, plus other refurbishments) in Winchester. They were focused on completing our project as quickly as possible, have completed everything to a high quality and have also been nice people to have around. They have been fair on prices for extra bits we wanted to add on and I never thought they were trying to over charge. I'd definitely recommend working with them.

The job was done quick and efficiently obviously had loads of experience and done a very professional job. Would recommend very tidy as well.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick and his team for any works. They were professional from start to finish and I am so happy with the quality of the workmanship and how tidy they kept the site! Would happily recommend and will get back for any future projects.
