Love Your Boiler just makes everything very easy. They called my father back after we inquired about replacing the out of date system in his bungalow. An engineer came out, inspected the job and a very comprehensive and easy to understand quote was sent out very promptly. I particularly thought the quote was really well laid out and I liked the illustration of how the vents would look etc. Very professional and user friendly. The team that came out and completed the work with good humor, expertise and what my father loved cleaned up after themselves in such a good manner. Highly recommend.

Good service and communication, we also had back later in the week for a boiler service

They called me straight away and attended within two days. All works completed, engineer explained everything to me and was really informative. Really reliable and will definitely be using in the future for all gas/plumbing jobs

The process of getting a quote from their website for a new boiler was seamless and very detailed. Lee and his lads were very efficient and professional when carrying out the boiler swap. They arrived just after 8am and were finished by 5pm - boiler fully commissioned and working well. The working area was left clean and tidy. Very pleased with the service provided

Communication to getting the boiler service booked in and leading up to the appointment was great. The guys who came to service the boiler were spot on and respectful. Will use again next year.
