Had a full roof replacement by Lovell’s Roofing on our 3-bed semi in Aberdare, including tiles, fascias, soffits and guttering. They turned up on time, communicated well and finished as planned. The team were polite, tidy and easy to deal with. Workmanship looks excellent and the house looks much better. Competitive price with no hidden costs. Would happily use them again.

Jacob Lovell Roofing supplied and fitted a new rubber roof to my garage on 29th December 2025. A good job at a reasonable price. I’m still waiting for a receipt for my money which I paid him, also the insurance backed written guarantee which I paid extra for. I have contacted him four times and received nothing but promises and excuses. I’ve also contacted ‘checkatrade’ who can’t do anything about it. It seems a waste of time going through ‘checkatrade’ and obviously Lovells Roofing of Swansea also cannot be trusted. I shall now take the matter further to follow this up via different channels

Excellent service throughout. Jacob came out and identified roof repair needed and job was done the next day by his team quickly, efficiently and professionally with all mess cleared away. Reasonable price and job done despite us having to wait a few days to be able to access the funds. Was patient then on waiting on us settling bill with no pressure. Highly recommend and will certainly use again.
