  Bathroom refit.

  Lovell building and maintenance were recommended to me by a friend which had used them in the past. I spoke to them and from the off he was extremely helpful. Listened to exactly what it was I needed done and was very efficient with giving me a very competitive quote. The work was carried out quickly, professionally and without any issues. They talked me through the whole process and what would be involved, which left me comfortable with what was going to happen and how. The work was done to a very high level of standards and was left pristine once the job was done. Great job!

  Living room redecorated

  I’m so happy with the company I used. I had bad walls that needed plastering, my ceiling had water marks from a flood , my radiator needed to be taken off, the wall , behind needed plastering then the radiator needed to be painted and put back on . I had panelling put on one wall and my tv had to be moved up the wall, so they had to channel wires in the wall so you can’t see my plug socket. I also had a door put on where my alcove is. All this and painted to perfection. I came home and my floors were all washed, no mess left, all my wires were secured. I will 100% use this company again

  Property maintenance/ repair

  Christian and the team are fantastic. They completed multiple jobs, which included new radiators throughout, repairing walls/decorating, new plugs sockets and fixing floorboards. As the project progressed, more work was required. Christian was happy to expand the original scope of works, which was managed well and with good communication. A big thing for us was how accommodating Christian and the team were around our work schedule and family life - the team are very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend and have them booked in more work later this month.

  Replacing 3 rotten joists under the shower area/new shower/toilet/replacing kitchen ceiling .

  Christian replaced 3 rotten joists under the shower area due to an ongoing water leak and fitted our new shower/ bathroom flooring /toilet and put our kitchen ceiling back together again with various other jobs.I found him very professional and friendly.It has been a stressful time for me and my wife with the extensive damage but Christian put us at ease with his professional attitude and lovely manner.Nothing was too much trouble for him.The work was done at speed and off the highest standard.We will be using christian for further work.His price for the job was brilliantly priced as well.

  I needed a MOT ramp to be fitted within DVSA standards.

  Very quick and efficient, Good prices and the ramp turned out looking amazing, with all the correct measurements and DVSA standards. Overall, I am very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone looking to do any building work.
