  2 jobs : 1 x large lounge & then 1x large kitchen decorating .

  Louise did a great job for us and worked really hard every day . Louise was clear and professional in her survey and quotation stage so that we knew exactly what she has allowed for and listened to the requests we made for us to supply paint but not sundries. I have worked as a sub contract buyer for large contractors for over 20 years and whenever you get clear open and detailed quotes that meet the scope you agreed from a contractor you know you are working with a professional and honest and decent business. Louise is reliable and honest and conscientious and did a very good job on time .

  Good workmanship, poor reliability

  Louise was engaged to decorate an entire house. When she was on site, the quality of her workmanship was good and the finish was to a good standard. However, professionalism and reliability were disappointing. Attendance was inconsistent, with working hours often around 11am to 3pm and sometimes shorter. There were repeated delays, often at short notice, and changing reasons for leaving site, which made planning difficult. It felt the scale of the work may not have been fully anticipated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend her.

  Louise and her husband were very accommodating did what I asked and a bit extra. Would recommend them I had a bedroom decorated it was painting and one wall of wallpaper. Thanks Louise

  Excellent, trustworthy decorators

  Louise and Scott did an excellent job and our house looks so much better after their work. This included painting and repairing plaster cracks in two bedrooms, painting over a stain from a leak in the kitchen and a bigger repair and decoration job in the bathroom. The bathroom work mushroomed as leaks and issues were uncovered. Louise and Scott persevered and ensured a really high standard of work despite the tricky situations and prolonged length of the job. We really appreciated their attention to detail, expert knowledge and tidiness as they worked. Would definitely recommend.

  Renovation of exterior stonework and painting.

  We so pleased with the result of all Louse and Scott's hard work. The front of our house is transformed thanks to their excellent workmanship. Louise maintained great communication throughout.
