Louise made a date for the work promptly after acceptance. She explained he materials she would be using, order of work, procedures , etc and carried out the work efficiently. With many happy and returning customers over the last 20 years, you can be sure of being well looked after. My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact. My customers often comment that I am approachable and cheerful; I find that a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout.
