Louis was punctual reliable and friendly and did a great job installing a new toilet and sink

Louis turned up on time, flushed the system and added inhibitor. He also replaced an old radiator in the bathroom with a new towel rail and replaced a valve on another radiator having identified a leak. His rate for the job was very competitive and we won't hesitate to use him again.

I had an internal underground leak. Louis replied promptly and immediately scheduled a date for a couple of days later. He arrived, laden with all the correct tools, traced the exact position of the leak, dug up the floor and concrete where it was, removed the pipe which had a significant hole and repaired and replace it. He left the area spotless. He presents as a personable character, friendly and outgoing and trustworthy and he charged an extremely reasonable price compared to the few others who bothered to respond. He doesn't know it yet but he's now MY plumber!

Louis did a fantastic job for us — replacing faulty radiator valves, sorting a loo lever handle in the tightest of cloakroom spaces (without a single complaint!), fitting new taps, and even getting an ancient gas boiler running more efficiently. His workmanship is first class, with everything finished neatly and to a very high standard. He’s reliable, friendly, and such an easy person to deal with. He’s also trustworthy and fair — no inflated prices, just honest, excellent work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using him again

I was unable to squeeze myself behind the bath and change the bath mixer taps/shower attachment and overflow pipework. I'm normally reluctant to call in trades people and try and do things myself but circumstances dictated that I needed a professional person this time around. Louis came promptly, understood my position, was extremely polite and handled the job in what can only be described as a real professional manner and I was charged a reasonable rate. I will be keeping his number close to hand for any future works that I may need help with.
