    Shower replacing, dishwasher plumbing in

    Louie is a great plumber and did the work to a very high standard. However, he missed 3 booked appointment slots without communication until I reached out. The work ended up being completed 4 days later than originally planned. As a young, single woman, I also found him abrasive and rude. I was blamed for him being delayed for his next job as my work took longer than planned, but he had turned up 3 hours late.

    Asked for help with my mums shower. United plumbing called 2 days later to look and fixed her shower the same day. My mum is now able to shower. Amazing service and my mum is soo happy. Many thanks, will use you again for any plumbing needs.

    Excellent service from Louie. He repaired my leaking toilet pipe efficiently and with great professionalism. He was very sympathetic to my physical limitations due to a recent injury and went above and beyond to ensure the paperwork was correct for my insurance. Reliable, fair pricing, and great communication. Highly recommended!
