Beyond his excellent work, Louis is hands down the nicest tradesperson we’ve come across. He’s professional, friendly, and brings a calm, positive energy to the job. One unexpected delight: he sings while he works—and he has a beautiful voice! It was genuinely a pleasure having him in our home.
