Very pleasant chap came to fix washing machine, but after investigation he said the socket behind the machine had no power. Tried the machine in another socket and it worked! Very relieved not to need a new washing machine! As he hadn't been able to sort the problem, only charged a lesser amount. Delighted..

Straightforward to book online. Confirmation and updates received via text, as well as a tracking system so you can see when the engineer will arrive. Reasonably priced. Engineer was able to fix the issue quickly.
