Lewis and the team worked on our latest property refurbishment. They completed all the carpentry work: fitting the kitchen, skirting, architrave, doors and boxing in meters. Very professional and completed in a timely manor to a very high standard. Really easy to communicate with and would certainly use again.

From start to finish this company was outstanding, so much so that we have arranged for more works to be completed by them. Lewis and all of the tradespeople he used were professional, polite and punctual. Nothing was too much hassle and they always endeavoured to get the best finish possible. It truly felt like they treated our home as their own, ensuring that everything was finished to perfection and just how they would expect it. I am writing this review as on behalf of Khukhar Properties, of which I am the Director of.I met Lewis at a property networking event. I asked him to give me a quote on converting a commercial Grade 2 listed building in Jewellery Quarter Birmingham to a 4 bedroom house. I received an extensive in detail quote within 1 week. Being in the developing gam it is hard to find tradesmen who you can rely on. From organising skips, to forwarding me roofer details - as we needed a new kitchen flat roof, which was quoted and completed within 2 weeks! FANTASTIC. Advice: Give them project management too.

Lewis helped us with fire remedial work from start to finish which was refurbishing the whole house and a new roof. Lewis also liaised with building safety to have the work passed off. He understood our situation and that we wanted to move back in asap. the house fire was on the 5th of May and we will be moving back in on the 13/08/2025. Thankyou to Lewis and his team.

Lewis and team are very professional and workmanship is of a high standard. I had general works to fix handles, box in exposed pipes, refit a pantry cupboard, door work and window locks. Even though the jobs were snall, awkward and piecemeal, the work was done to a very high standard. Great to work with this company and will be using them for a bigger job on the next project to manage the works as well.
