We were very happy with the works completed by Lord Roofing and Groundworks on our property. The project was ably managed by Matthew, the dismantling and rebuilding of our two chimney stacks above the roofline and inside the loft was expertly undertaken and completed by Gary (Gaz), the finishing to the roofworks and flashing was expertly completed by Matty and his roofing team, and each day the jobsite was cleared of rubble and debris. Where necessary, Woody and Ray provided extra assistance on the project. At all times during the job, the Lord Roofing personnel were respectful and polite.

A very quick response to my initial inquiry. A quote soon followed. The insurance company requested a further breakdown of the work, which was promptly supplied. Matthew showed great patience whilst waiting for the insurance to come through. The work was then completed promptly, and to a high standard. Very pleased with the whole experience!

I have had several problems with a roof on my house built in 1963. Some were caused by slipped tiles, some by the failed inting on the ridge tiles others by pointing failures on the chimney. But the worst was the failure of the flashing on Velux windows installed about 12 years ago. After several attempts to get local builders to fix the problems, most of whom would not even consider fixing the problems and those that did inspired no confidence. I recently had the pleasure of working with Lord Roofing to replace the roof on my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. The team (Mark, Jack and Morgan)demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the roofing project was executed to perfection. The job was quoted fairly after searching for Velux installers in my local area and initially managed by Matthew who was helpful. The work was completed by Khy and Morgan who were absolutely stellar and worked tirelessly in cold conditions with great attention to detail. They helped restore the interior and exterior of the roof and provided extra work where it was required. I’d love these 2 to do further roof work in the future. Post job communication with management can be improved as I’m having to chase guarantees and blinds numerous weeks after the job.

We expect this firm to be inundated with calls after our experience of their work as we have recommended them left, right and centre. Managed by Matthew, Khy, Mark, Gaz, Callum and Morgan were absolutely first-class from start to finish. We were impressed by their skilled commitment and attention to detail and have ended up with a house looking far better than we anticipated - not just a repaired roof but one looking better and smarter altogether with 2 classy dormer windows. The roofers also offered additional useful advice which we appreciated as we followed it through. Delighted.
