From the start James put me at my ease when he came out initially to assess the job. He communicated exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He updated me regularly as the work progressed. The team working on the roof were friendly and efficient with a high level of skill and workmanship. We used lord roofing for a complete new roof. PVC gutters and down pipes. Garden wall and artificial grass done. Everything was carried out to a very high standerd with first class tradesmen. We highly reccomend this company. All work is fully gaurenteed.

It’s the second time I’ve used Lord, this time for a slate roof replacement in a conservation area and top marks all round. Matthew had organised, quoted and ran the project for a new slate roof with insulation, he made everything easy to understand and saved me a bit of cash with a returner discount. The team were slightly delayed starting due to weather but when the got going: Marty, Bradley, Morgan, Chris and Khy where all top notch.
