We used Dave and his team for our kitchen installation and wanted to highlight a few issues. We expected small cuts around the unit legs for LVT expansion, as advised by the manufacturer and other installers, but this isn’t their practice. Materials are charged separately, only mentioned in small print, which we didn’t notice until the invoice, and our suggestions for clearer communication didn’t seem taken onboard. Material costs were also far above retail. The final result was satisfactory, but the experience was disappointing.

I cannot recommend Lord kitchen fitters highly enough. He completed my kitchen fitting to an exceptional standard. From start to finish,, he was professional, punctual, and kept me informed at every stage. Dave and Sophie were tidy, polite, and respectful of our home, ensuring everything was left clean each evening. The final cost matched the original quote, and the quality of work is outstanding. I would highly recommend.

We used Lord Kitchens again because the quality of the work was so good when they renovated our kitchen, this time It was the sitting room , again, David, Sophie and the team did not disappoint, again the room was taken mainly back to brick, a whole new window installed and a fabulous new media wall installed, new flooring laid , lots of electrical sockets and it was all decorated. The team were fabulous and we are blown away by the result , thanks guys , will be calling you for the garage conversion 🤣

Sophie and Dave have recently carried out a project at my home. The brief was to renovate my small downstairs toilet and a shower room as well as decorating and upgrading the electrics in my office and a bedroom. I used this company as they came highly recommended by my son and daughter in law who had a new kitchen just over a year ago. I was blown away by everything about this company, the professionalism of everyone involved, the problem solving of one or two tricky bits, the high level of skill of all the tradesmen who visited my home. Dave delivered a schedule which really worked .

They understood what I wanted, and communicated regularly throughout the project. They were very understanding, patient and professional.
