  Excellent service from Emma. She contacted my tenant directly to arrange a convenient time for the EICR, making the whole process straightforward and hassle-free. The inspection was carried out promptly and professionally, and she clearly explained the remedial work needed to obtain a satisfactory certificate.   James provided excellent service for my EV charger installation. Since my power supply is in the middle of my home, he initially inspected the space, offered great layout suggestions, and explained the process clearly. On installation day, James and his brother did a fantastic job. His brother even went under the floorboards to keep cables hidden, creating a highly professional finish. Communication was also brilliant; James’ partner handled all paperwork and ensured everything was fully compliant for the DNO. I would absolutely use them again.
