  James was super quick and professional in responding to my need for a new smoke detector at my home. He came when expected and completed the job really quickly leaving everything working. He was really polite and friendly too. Definitely recommended

  James was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. He did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Communication has been great and we will now be using James (Looptech) for all future Fire Alarm servicing.

  A obsolete alarm system

  James who arrived earlier than I expected was very polite and methodical in his work. He totally respected my home and my severe disability. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone that needs a good, extremely patient and capable electrician. Cant rate him high enough. Well done James Shirley Bennett

  Removal of alarm system

  James was very quick with his responses while we were organising a day and time for him to come and remove the alarm. On the day, he arrived on time and was very efficient. He had completed the job within half an hour and left no mess - he even took the old alarm box with him. I would definitely recommend his services.
