replace conservatory glass roof with a timber and tile roof. Excelent job over seen by Graham throughout. All the subcontractors who worked on the new roof kept the site clean and tidy. Only problem was providing enough tea to keep them going.!! A very difficult installation plauged by really bad weather and lots of high wind.

Have used Graham and his team in the past to install a new kitchen diner this time we have had a complete new bathroom As before attention to detail was excellent Graham oversaw the whole process and project managed every aspect. Communication was excellent, would highly recommend Longlevens contracts.

Longlevens Contracts were recommended to us. The work required new steels, removing chimney breasts, relocate & fit new kitchen, plumbing/electrics, concrete floors, underfloor heating, new patio, garage roof & new drive. Everyone working for Graham was great, very professional, taking pride in producing excellent results. Graham was always contactable. He worked WITH us, helping us navigate the build by sorting out unforeseen problems and answering our queries. The final cost was in budget, helped by Graham’s quote breakdowns, plus the work was completed on time. We love our new home. :)

Longlevens Contractors overseen all works including building single story extension, fitting kitchen, plumbing, electrics, plastering, decoration and project managed the whole process. We liked Graham from day one when he first visited us to discuss the works and provide us with a quote. We chose Longlevens Contractors from five other quotes and were not disappointed with our choice. Work was completed to a very professional standard. The workforce and contractors used were friendly, helpful, and tidy. Graham was always available to answer any questions and to promptly deal with any queries.

Graham and his team did a fantastic job removing a wall between kitchen and dining room, along with a complete refurbishment, new kitchen, new flooring, heating and plumbing. They were a pleasure to be around, always kind and considerate with an excellent eye for detail. They went above and beyond to get everything finished in time for Christmas Day. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again myself for my next project.
