Work completed very quickly and later noticed crack and hole in new soffit. Messaged Peter and as no response messaged again he then said they would replace damaged section. Still waiting for a date and had no further response. Disappointing customer service.

I first contacted Peter at Longhorn around 12 months prior and he came over, gave us a quote with pictures of the issues on our roof. It was a bigger job than expected but after saving up the money we came back again and Peter was quick to respond and come and scout out the work again. He got us booked in quickly and carried out the repairs efficiently. He advised us of other potential issues and I would happily use him again in future.

The work carried out by Peter and his colleague was of the highest standard. They were punctual, friendly, tidy and completely professional, I was kept informed of arrival times and what I was quoted for was completed and done to the highest of standards. I would highly recommend his services.
