  Excellent, told me exactly what was wrong, how much it was going to cost. Advised me of the part that needed ordering and how long it would take to come and when he could fit it. Kept to his work, rang me as soon as he received part and came to fix it within the hour. Very tidy, would definitely recommend . Thank you

  Jamie is fabulous! Turned up when he said he would. Made my door safe ordered the parts that were needed there and then and returned the next day to fix. Would highly recommend. 🙂
