They were prompt and worked very quickly. The job was done perfectly and they were super friendly and helpful.

Zaur was given a very large private school internal construction and refurbishment project. The project was for six months. The reason why we chose LTC it’s because Zaur, the owner, is fully acquainted to all aspects of building construction, maintenance, which includes Plumbing as well as refurbishment work. The work consisted of creating classrooms according to building regulations, large scale plumbing work across the whole school, full refurbishment, and finishing work. We are extremely satisfied with his professionalism, quality of work and he was the most cost-effective contractor.

Zaur did an excellent job. He identified a leaking pipe behind the toilet and repaired this and fitted a panel behind toilet. Also replaced faulty cabinet panel. He was very polite, tidy and efficient. He is also honest and the price charged is very reasonable.

Had a full bathroom renovation. Very time efficient, clean, competitive pricing. Dealt with everything from start to finish. Nothing was too much to ask for. Whole modelling of bathroom was discussed and final vision was brought to life. The bathroom had holes in roof and old 1950 pipe work. Everything was fitted without any upsell of further work which other company’s was trying to do. Full tiling, plumbing, bathroom fitted, doors, painting, decorating, electrics. The full works was carried out. Strongly recommend, and have already booked in for further work????
