Let me be absolutely clear: the repointing work done on my house was nothing short of a disaster. We hired this individual, Charlie, specifically as a lime specialist, expecting a professional job and expertise in traditional building techniques. Despite previous poor work and complaints, we gave him a second chance, believing he would have learned his lesson. What we received was a masterclass in incompetence, compounded by utterly unacceptable on-site behavior, a string of blatant lies, and severe damage to our property.

Good lads - very communicative, turned up on time. Got the job nailed very efficiently. Went above and beyond also coming back and sorting something else out for me. Very handsome too. RECOMMENDED.

100% Brilliant!!!! He’s a diamond in the rough. Charlie and his team care about their work and the results greatly. They don’t rush their work but complete it with consideration and skill. Transparency was absolute throughout and easy to understand. Charlie was passionate about delivering a high end result for me and as each stage was completed we inspected it together and happily signed it off. Lovely team to have working on your home, easy, open and respectful. As and when I need other works done on my place Charlie will be the first I call.

Charlie repointed brickwork and replastered an internal wall. He quickly assessed the weaknesses in a wall, and repointed the masonry including using existing bricks to make it stronger.!He then replastered the wall and did the job promptly.

Charlie did an excellent job removing the paint from my brickwork and repointing it. Very professional and friendly service, and the finish is perfect. Very fair price and he tidied up afterwards too which was appreciated.
