  This is the second time I have had work done by Adam and his team. The whole process, from quotation to the finishing of the work, was straightforward and professional. Good communications, great standard of work, clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adam and his company to my friends and family.

  Windows replacement

  A positive experience from start to finish. Adam is friendly and easy to deal with, and thoroughly professional. Communication was straightforward, and his team (Nick, Jacob and Leo) turned up promptly, worked hard and kept me informed about their progress. And the end product looks beautiful! I recommend them without hesitation.

  Whole house window installation

  We needed to upgrade all windows in our house to timber double glazed - this included sash, casement and bay windows. A big job, a significant investment and so very important to get the right firm to do the work. We are extremely happy we chose London Sash Works. Adam who runs the business is diligent, professional and a genuinely nice guy. The workmanship is top quality and the team are considerate and tidy up after themselves. It was a pleasure to work with them and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Fitting windows/Snagging

  Recommended to m. Sourced the windows I wanted and had them made to correct specifications including. helping me choose the best way to deal with road noise. I went with acoustic glass which has proved to be amazing. I have had many enquiries about my windows from passers by who knock on my door! I had a couple of minor snagging issues which i should have mentioned at the time but life overtook. I contacted Adam expecting, that I had left it too long but he popped in and sorted it out. for me. Adam’s customer service is second to none. I will 100% book LSW for any future windows:)

  New sash windows fitted and original boxes repaired

  Great experience with Adam and team, quote process was quick and accurate, job started and finished on time. Work was to a very high standard, including extra time spent on repairing the frames which were more damaged internally than first inspected. Team were very clean and communication with both Adam and installer was clear throughout. Very happy with the finished product

  Adam, Jacob and their team were absolutely fantastic in repairing 2 sets of bay windows that were in quite a state of disrepair, they were very professional, communicated clearly and have done a great job, couldn’t recommend more
