Robert came to our rescue when we found ourselves in a difficult situation. Our kitchen extension builder had quit, and we later discovered that the entire roof was unsafe. Robert took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all our questions with sensitivity and care. He also gave us a really competitive price. During the work, he was extremely kind to my elderly neighbour and even took down overgrown hedges from her garden without charge.
