  Roof tile replacement and external maintenance.

  Last year, Dave and Kirk replaced our roof tiles and completed some general external maintenance. The quality of their work was excellent, the new roof tiles look fantastic and are solidly installed. Over the year, Dave came back to sort out a few snagging issues and even repaired some storm damage free of charge. Dave really cares about doing a good job and looking after his customers, which we really appreciated. We’re super happy with the results and would definitely recommend his company.

  Single Storey Rear Extension

  Having used David, I can say I'm very happy with his work. He and his son pay attention to detail and don't rush through anything. The price for all the building works was very competitive from other builders we had around to quote us. If you need a first-class builder for any Extension of the Loft Conversion project, then call David. He has done loads in my area so ask him if you can view his work, see for yourself the quality of his building works. highly recommended. Regards John. D.

  Garage conversion with rear extension

  Dave and Kirk are the fastest and tidiest builders we've ever encountered! Even the knock through to the main building was completed swiftly and with minimal mess. They always discussed options with us before proceeding with each stage and suggested their own ideas for improvements and better outcomes. They were extremely patient and accomodating with our fussy requests along the way. They were great fun to have on site and we miss them now the project is finished. A good working atmosphere. Finished to a high standard. Definitely recommending them to friends and family.

  David and Kirk did a great job of our kitchen and extension. They were super easy to communicate with and their pricing was reasonable. They were on site basically every day and were happy to sort out and snags that we noticed along the way. We are happy with the final result. Thanks guys!

  Garage conversion with rear extension

  We found London Roofing Building Ltd online and were impressed by the examples of their work on display. Everything such as drawings, planning permission, surveyor and legal agreements have been organised and taken care of for us. Dave listens to what we want and always explains everything in detail to us at each stage so we know exactly what to expect. They are very tidy workers, clearing away debris and rubble from site quickly as soon as it is made. Best brickwork and pointing we've ever had done! They are friendly, approachable and a good laugh. Would definitely recommend.

  Garage Roof Wall

  My wife and I were concerned with the wall on top of our garage which was leaning and mortar crumbling off. Dave and his team gave a good accurate quote and fitted us in urgently to make it safe. The team did an excellent job and we are delighted with the finish. A proper job done with courtesy and all left clean and tidy, will be using again and would recommend.
