Very positive experience. The person in charge was respectful and accommodating. He worked hard - and the weather was warm so not the most comfortable of conditions - regularly explaining what he was doing and showing us the progress of the work. The work areas were tidied at the end of each day and all the debris from the work was removed by the end of the job. There was an issue with a couple of the electrical plugs he installed and he came back several weeks later to correct the issues.

A kitchen refit meant that our damp course failure/ non-existence had to rapidly be rectified prior to scheduled installation works. London Property Preservation provided a very quick turn around on the weekend to allow works to start on time. We were grateful for the speed and quality of the work provided. Also great online interest free credit payments were so easy to pay.

The office was very helpful in scheduling the job at fairly short notice to fit with building works. The guys who came did a very efficient work and while the whole process of chemicals and re-plastering was messy, it was left completed tidy. The guarantee provided fills me with confidence that we won't need to re-do the job over winter.
