  Replacement Boiler & Flue Route

  I reached out to Jack due to an emergency with a replacement boiler and bew flue route and he was extremely helpful over the phone and by WhatsApp for me to provide information and Jack to explain the whole process. The team on site was on time, quick and neat and got the work done ahead of planned time and very neatly. Would definitely recommend the team for any other works and will keep them in mind for future works.

  Electric boiler replacement, the guys were incredibly responsive, explained the problem and their proposed solution very clearly, came over two days later to complete the job. Very happy!

  Had a brilliant experience with Jack, my downstairs toilet had issues for over 3 weeks and he came and fitted a brand new macerator. He also fixed varies other plumping issues I was having around the house. Quick, reliable and great communication, would definitely recommend.

  Smart Thermostat Set-up

  Jack and Fred were fantastic. They were really quick at setting up my smart thermostat. Provided a very reasonable price and even offered to support me post installation with any queries I had about the set-up. They're both very professional and clearly take pride in their work and customer service.

  Gas safety check CP12 and boiler service

  I booked a boiler service and gas safety check, the cost was reasonable and extremely worth every penny. The time, explanation care and effort given was nothing I had ever seen before. A few issues were identified which caused a lot of problems but despite it all Jack and lakh were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the service booked was completed and delivered safely. I would highly recommend. Thankyou Jack- your time, transparency and hard work was appreciated.
