  Fast, honest leak repair after weeks of stress

  Jack and his team were excellent. After weeks of challenges with another company, they quickly identified and repaired a concealed leak on a 28mm hot water pipe. They explained clearly what the issue was, fixed it efficiently, and charged a very fair price, Communication was straightforward, no upselling, no pressure, just competent work done properly. After a stressful situation, this was a huge relief. I would use them again without hesitation.

  Reliable, Honest and Friendly Service

  Called Jack and Fred at 12pm for an emergency leak in my house. They responded promptly and told me they could be there between 3–4pm. They arrived on time, immediately diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained the issues. They let me know what was involved and how much the job would cost, and once I agreed, they sourced the required items straight away and provided a receipt. They got to work immediately and were efficient, very friendly, and easy to deal with. They went above and beyond, and the cost was reasonable. I would call them again.

  I sincerely want to thank Jack for addressing my boiler problems. Jack was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. His communication was outstanding. Every time he texted me, he provided updates on his location and estimated arrival time at my property. He ensured that I didn’t have to worry, reassuring me that he would come to resolve the boiler issues. He consistently kept me updated about where he was. Jack did a fantastic job, and I will definitely reach out to him again if I encounter any issues with my boiler.
