Jack was professional and informative and punctual. Jack gave me a clear view of what needed to be done and went above and beyond when the job became more difficult than looked . Jack and Fred were great - got back to me immediately, despite it being a Sunday evening, and were with me a couple of days later. They replaced some previous bad plumbing with much better stuff, and then when something was still dripping came back first thing the next morning to check it out, and fitted some new bits. Friendly, prompt, and good work.
