Thought I had lost all the files from my USB stick and after carrying out checks I realised that I needed extra help. After calling around 3 companies, I found London PC Fix, who were most helpful, professional and obliging. They retrieved my files in one day. Thank you

Failed to fix the problem, way over charged me compared to others, damaged the inside of the laptop (as I late found out) and Jaryd was late on delivery and unpleasant. Go elsewhere if you value your device, time and money.

I needed to corrupt files fixed on an sd card. I was quoted the scan would be £60-80. When I dropped off the sd card Jaryd said I would also need to pay for a usb stick £10-£15 for the data to go on to. At this point he had the card so knew the maximum amount of data it could hold. I agreed even though I didn’t need the sd card cleared. Once the scan was completed Jaryd informed me I would need to purchase a £45 hard drive for the data. He asked if he could check the data, I said I would like to do this on collection. He agreed but this was not possible. When I checked files still corrupt

Jaryd upgraded my old laptop to Windows 11. Was available to do it quickly and dealt with a post installation glitch free of charge. Since then it has developed further similar glitches I can only put down to the laptops age, so will probably invest in a new one
