Excellent experience. I required an urgent repair. This was the only company I could find who would repair my laptop over the bank holiday weekend. Repaired the laptop quickly and at a reasonable cost.

My laptop stopped taking a charge. I contacted London PC Fix and took it in to be fixed. They determined a new charger was needed in 5 minutes whilst I was in the shop. They couldn't find one in their store and I returned the following day when they said the had it. They invoiced me £200 and required £100 without seeing the laptop. They then invoiced for a further £35 for the charger. I offered to pay £45 and they should therefore refund me £55. They refused saying they had to do a lot of work and answer my constant communications. They were constant because they failed to answer them.

Jaryd was very helpful and personable. Subjet to parts availablility repairs were turned around quickly. Further when a replacement failed the part was replaced without hesitation or query. Very happy to recommend

The chaps at pc fix did a great job from start to finish. James came in and transferred our entire system and then setup so it was a seamless move from one PC to another. So much happier with a new PC that they provided for us, highly recommend their friendly and helpful manner they offer.

Jaryd was great. Prompt, professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the issue at hand and handled well. Communication was great, and everything handled smoothly. Will use again.
