  Repair dripping taps - terrible service and poor communication

  London Orbital limited carried out a job on 7th July. The two dripping taps in my downstairs bathroom were not repaired on this visit, only 1 was. 3 days later I received the invoice which was 3 days overdue however this is the first time I had received the invoice. I emailed to notify them that only 1 dripping tap bad been repaired and that I would not be paying the balance until they had completed the job. On the 17th July I received another email stating that the invoice was not 10 days overdue. It was finally fixed in 24th July - 17 days later.

  Blocked drain clearance - excellent service

  I called out London Orbital Response to clear a blocked drain. They were extremely quick to get out and very efficient with the work. They advised further work to fix a leak in one of our drains and quoted a fair price. When they returned for the further work it was again completed quickly and efficiently. All work was completed to the cost originally quoted. Overall a very professional and courteous service, and the standard of the work carried out was excellent.

  Work to be carried out- Lead Replacement

  I needed an estimate and I spoke to the office, they were fantastic. Very helpful, efficient, professional and booked me in very quickly. Colin came around and I explained what I needed, he explained everything very thoroughly . He was very kind and professional and his many years experience just shone through. A+++++
