Quoted £75 on phone, then £149 + VAT on arrival. I agreed only after confirming this was the full price. Locksmith drilled the lock, saying there would be no damage and no extra costs. Afterward I was told I needed to pay £49+ for a replacement lock, which had not been clearly explained beforehand. I feel the total cost and drilling implications were not properly disclosed before work began.

Quickly fixed with good communication

I telephoned on the Friday for an estimate for a soft closure door fitting, sent a photo and was sent a very fair price within an hour. Alan came on the Monday at the time he said. He did an excellent job and I am delighted. He went out of his way to be helpful and even checked and cleaned my Yale lock for me! I am really impressed and they will be my go-to for any issues with locks. Thank you!
