No hot water from immersion heater

Very happy using London Lecky again. My immersion had stopped working as well as my heating system controls (Hive), they found both faults and fixed them there and then in less than an hour. Couldn’t recommend the chaps enough!

Cal was very communicative. He called me to explain the steps that would be required prior to the job, elaborating on terms I didn't understand. He was quick with both jobs and even had a look at some cables at my request. Quick, communicative, friendly, affordable.

Quick fault finding, great service

I contacted Callum to troubleshoot an eletrical problem I was having at home with my fridge and cooker. He attempted to guide me over the phone as to what the problems might be but I was unable to locate what was needed to fix it. He went over and above to get to my house within good time and was professional and courteous throughout. Really communicative and helpful. Would definitely use again
