  Marc is a brilliant plumber who provides excellent customer service. Responded to request within an hour and came to our house on a Sunday. Successful identified and rectified the problem. No mess. Very friendly service. Would definitely use again. Recommended.

  Replacement cold water tank in loft

  We were put in touch with Marc by Ovo/Corgi under our Insurance cover, as we had a leak on our water tank. He came the same day to check the situation; we agreed a plan; he had it approved by Corgi and he and Gavin came early Monday to do the job. The work was done to an exceptional standard and we have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Booked for boiler service and an issue with a pump

  Came in did the service review thoroughly looked at the issue we were having diagnosed explained what needed doing. Booked to come back with parts and now all in good working order. Lovely guy very professional and knowledgeable

  Excellent combi boiler service and repair

  Marc completed an annual boiler service and replaced the seals in the flue to stop a small leak. He was personable, considerate and explained problems and solutions well. He gave likely costs up front and charged the expected costs without any unexpected charges. He wore overshoes and kept the area clean and tidy. I’m happy with the service he provided and will ask him to complete any future work on the combi- boiler.
