I contacted Plumbers Ware about a faulty shower at my mother's house. Louis was able to get there a few days later. Rather than a faulty shower mechanism, as first suspected, he discovered the problem was an airlock in the water system, which he was able to clear. He also found a faulty ball valve in the water tank while checking over the system, which he quickly replaced. Louis communicated very clearly, was on time, explained every step, and was extremely efficient. I would definitely have him back at Mum's again.
