After several companies inspected our VRF system and suggested different solutions with very high costs, london Heat engineers , came in and fixed the issue brilliantly. Their team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced with HVAC systems. They diagnosed the problem accurately and solved it efficiently. I needed to have a hot water storage unit replaced in my flat. Having contacted various heating engineers and plumbers, Arash and his team were one of the few that took me through the options, what they recommended and why. They provided a full estimate of the work so the fees were transparent at the start. The communication was excellent and they were very responsive to my queries and carried out the work in professional, timely and tidy manner. I would definitely use them again.

Arash was recommended by a friend of mine who said he’s very good. I contacted him, described the issue with our boiler and the error code. He came around to have a quick look, identified the issue and fixed it. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he fixed it. Great person and he is great at what he does. Couldn’t recommended him enough.

Arash was very good. Talked me through what I wanted to get to the solution and also reviewed the whole system. He went out an got the smart thermostat and installed it on the day. Big difference, the new thermostat sorted out my issues. He also did some additional work to sort some of the other issues. I also appreciated his advice on the rest of my system.
