  Fitted new boiler and redo pipe works

  Mav was fantastic from start to finish. He sorted out our old pipework, fitted a new boiler, and even fixed an unexpected gas leak, all with great attention to detail. Extremely hardworking, professional, and reliable. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a top-notch gas engineer.

  Boiler installation

  The team were very clear in explaining the problem with our current boiler and when they could replace it. The work was completed as planned and efficiently, and everything was returned (kitchen cupboards etc.) as they found it. Very happy with the results

  Emergency callout to fix flue brackets and commission boiler.

  Marvin responded the same day to an emergency call, securely fixing a flue pipe bracket and commissioning a boiler. He was polite, clearly explained his work, and maintained complete transparency. I would use London Gas Plumbers again.

  Boiler had stopped working despite repeated attempts to restart

  Marv was excellent. Responded promptly and fixed the problem. A reasonable call out rate and proper invoicing was much appreciated. Would use again and highly recommended.

  We had no hot water and no central heating due to a boiler fault

  Marvin couldn’t have been more helpful, he took our call at 8pm and was here by 9.30 after finishing a prior job. Marvin came in had the problem solved within 15 minutes and also looked at an alternative issue and gave me a diagnostic free of charge. Before leaving Marvin wanted to reconnect my thermostat to the wireless router but we had no batteries, whilst leaving Marvin found some batteries and knocked on to ask if he was okay to fit them to save me the agg of having to get new ones. Honestly couldn’t do enough and I couldn’t recommend him high enough to anyone!
