The work in general was OK. Aaron was late on multiple occasions but he did keep me informed. The issue arose when the bond between the tile adhesive and the screed failed and all the tiles needed to be ripped up and re laid at considerable cost. We followed Aarons instructions exactly when it came to force drying the screed and preparing it for tiling and yet the screed was not adequately dried causing the bond to fail. Aaron refuses to take any responsibility for this and although initially agreeing to cover some of the cost he is now un contactable. Very disappointing. Unscrupulous man.

Aaron and Marcus did a great job installing a new concrete effect floor for a reasonable price, they were very courteous and would recommend in future.

The work was carried out efficiently and to a very smooth finish, the tradesmen were polite and very helpful, I would definitely consider using them again and recommend them!

Very easy to work with, very pleasant people and did excellent job.
