  GO FOR THEM! I had an issue with my balcony door for years, I thought we got it fixed last year when a repairman from another company came and replaced the entire lock and charged us a fortune however 6 months later the issue persisted. I found London fire door and glazing and spoke to Stephen who was honest and transparent about fees (which were great) from the start. The communication was fantastic, he managed to fix our door and did a perfect job. It hasn't closed that way since we moved in which was 6 years ago. So Happy I chose this company. Thank you Stephen!
