10 Complicated fault finding

It was a pleasure to have Oaul on site .My problem occurred on a Sunday and I was most impressed that Paul phoned me to reassure me that the problem could be rectified . He arrived on the Monday ( having phoned me to say he was on his way) and spent nearly two hours tracing a couple of short circuits showing great patience and demonstrating his great knowledge . Having resolved tge issue he tidied up in a professional manner and left the site in a very tidy condition . Paul was a pleasure to have on site.He phoned me to reassure me on a Sunday when I first encountered the problem . He then rung me on Monday to inform me he was in his way . Using his vast experience he worked out where my circuit was shorting and resolved the situation.
